Version 2026-10-19
Vault360 uses a single preference cookie, vault360_analytics_consent, to remember whether analytics are allowed for 180 days across vault360.co.uk and its subdomains.
When accepted, Google Analytics measures visits to the marketing site and the public Vault360 entry and sign-in pages. The Vault360 platform may load Pendo to understand product usage and Vercel Speed Insights to measure anonymous performance. Google Analytics is not loaded in authenticated Vault360 pages by this release.
Pendo receives an internal user ID, role, account ID, account status, page URLs and interaction events. It is configured not to capture page text. Firm users may also send a firm name. Speed Insights records performance measures and route information; it is gated by the same preference.
Rejecting or withdrawing analytics stops future analytics loading. A withdrawal clears matching analytics cookies where the browser makes them available, ends the current Pendo session, and reloads the page so no analytics agent remains active. You can change this choice at any time with Cookie settings.
For authenticated platform users, a separate access-controlled register records the choice, server timestamp, notice version, pseudonymous browser ID and user ID where available. It is retained for 24 months and is not the browser cookie or a record of vault contents.
