Google Analytics measures visits to the Vault360 marketing site and public entry and sign-in pages. Pendo measures how people use the authenticated Vault360 platform. Vercel Speed Insights measures anonymous platform performance. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to Vault360.
Provider and cookie details
Pendo receives an internal user ID, role, account ID, account status, page URLs and interaction events. For law-firm users it can receive the firm name. Pendo is configured not to capture page text.
The choice is saved for 180 days in this browser and shared by vault360.co.uk and its subdomains. The platform keeps a separate access-controlled register of choices for 24 months.
